NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy, edit or reproduce negatives, digital images and watermarked images elsewhere without Lucie Harrison's permission, and violators of this Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.   1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:  This agreement contains the entire understanding between Lucie Harrison and the client (named above).  It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties.  The only way to change or add to this agreement is to do so in writing, and providing the document is signed by all the relevant parties. 2. VIEWING SESSION:  After the session once all photographs have been edited (approximately 4-6 weeks after the session), Lucie will contact the client to arrange a viewing appointment in the clients home. Once clients have chosen their package and photographs, payment will be made and if a physical package is chosen, please allow up to 14 days for the manufacturing and delivery of these items. Digital images will be sent via an online photo sharing platform after payment is made. PLEASE NOTE: If the session selected has a predetermined number of images specified, a viewing appointment will not take place and the images will be sent digitally to the client. If other images are available for viewing/purchasing, Lucie will be in touch to arrange a viewing. 3.  PAYMENTS:  The client agrees that the balance is due in full at the time of session - with the exception of Newborn and Cake Smash & Splash sessions where payment is taken at the viewing appointment.  Invoice will be sent via Email.  Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit to hold date for session.  If session must be rescheduled, deposit goes toward session at later date. If a client cancels a session with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the session price will be required. (PLEASE NOTE: Sessions can be rescheduled once, after this the deposit is lost and another deposit will be required to secure a slot. Single day events such as the Christmas sessions WILL NOT be available for rescheduling.) 4.  LATE POLICY:  A 10 minute grace period will be afforded to clients and will be deducted from shooting time. If a client is 15 or more minutes late, the session will be cancelled and 50% of the session price will be required. For events such as the Christmas Shoots the day will be back to back with clients, so please arrive at your allocated slot time to ensure the day runs smoothly. 5.  MODEL RELEASE:  The client hereby assigns and grants Lucie Harrison the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose and in any other manner and medium;  the client hereby releases Lucie Harrison from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.  It is agreed that Lucie may display and use the photos for advertising and promotions - including online and on social media. 6. Please note that photography/videography by clients is prohibited when on the set/with any props during the session. If there is a failure to comply with this request, Lucie reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the session and the full session fee will be required. 7. Lucie Harrison takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation and processing of photographs.  However, in the unlikely event of the clients phtographs being lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Lucie's control, the latters liability to the return of all payments received for the event package.  If the client is not satisfied by the experience provided or the photographs captured, the client agrees to work with Lucie to rectify the situation and will NOT take to social media or any other medium to slander Lucie Harrison or her business before getting in contact with her to allow her to try to rectify the situation.  I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. PLEASE NOTE: FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE STATEMENTS OUTLINED ABOVE COULD RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.
